Association for Monitoring and Preventing Child Labor

The association was established in Adana in March 2018. Laying the emphasis on the Convention on the Rights of the Child, it has been working on indicator-based monitoring of child labor, social inclusion, advocacy, and networking for the past six years. 

Raising the problems faced by child workers, it carries out indicator-based monitoring and advocacy with non-governmental organizations that are responsible for children’s rights and local administrations. The association has also been conducting the Child Labor Rights Violations Report since 2018. 

Moreover, with the Center for Combating Child Labor Hotline, the association provides free access to legal and social service consultancy to child workers and the parents of children at risk.
