İsmail Beşikçi Foundation

An independent and impartial civil society organization, the İsmail Beşikçi Foundation works on the basis of freedom of thought and expression. Respecting rights and freedoms and embracing democratic principles, the foundation adopts the principle that all kinds of ideas should be able to co-exist. Kurdology studies constitute the main part of the foundation's work. The İsmail Beşikçi Foundation has been based in Istanbul since 2011. The Diyarbakır office of the foundation was opened in 2014. Currently, the Istanbul head office and the Diyarbakır office actively continue their works.
