Ongoing field visits to the Haklara Destek Program’s beneficiary organizations

In February, we will continue the needs analysis we have been carrying out with the beneficiary organizations since our first meeting on 12-14 January. The needs analysis we conduct with the field managers is the first step towards increasing the institutional capacities of the Haklara Destek Program’s beneficiary organization. A special capacity development program in line with the results of the needs analysis will be created for each organization and the organizations will have the opportunity to work with specialists according to their needs.
